The Evolution Process
Phase 1 - Initial Consultation
Our design team will meet with you at your location to understand your goals and vision for the project. During this phase, our design team will gather information, measurements, and take pictures of your property. We will bring various samples and return with a design plan.
Phase 2 - Construction
Once all renderings and budgets have been thoroughly discussed and approved, the construction begins. Our clients are continually updated and any concerns will be addressed immediately through the project's dedicated coordinator.
Our professional installation team will treat each project as if it were our own yard. Our daily cleaning protocols ensure your property is still enjoyed throughout this phase. In addition, we pride ourselves on professionalism; including our company dress code, respectful communication and no smoking guidelines.
Phase 3 - Final Walkthrough
During our Final Walkthrough, staff will provide you with all the relevant materials from user guides, maintenance videos, and warranty forms. We will provide a training on any installed equipment such as audio systems, landscape lighting and swimming pools to ensure you have a strong understanding on using the equipment.
